How can Career Services help you?
Finding a qualified person to fill a position is not always an easy task. The Career Services office at DeVry not only assists students in finding that "perfect job," but is also a major resource for companies seeking to fill open positions within their organizations.
Services offered to companies include:
- Access to resumes of qualified students and graduates
- Co-op/Internship program
- On-Campus Interviews in private conference rooms
- Career Fairs/Career Luncheons/Networking Events
- Opportunity to post open positions in job lead database
We encourage you to utilize these services, which are offered to support the recruiting process of your organization.
DeVry University graduates three classes per year in February, October & June, so there are always new graduates who are eager to enter the work force.
For employers seeking candidates with more experience, we also maintain relationships with alumni who are seeking new career opportunities in the job market.

The Career Services Office will work with you to help you find the best candidates for your staffing needs.

Co-op/Internship
This program is available to upper term students seeking full or part-time education-related employment while they are in school.
A WIN/WIN relationship: Employers conveniently fill entry-level positions while students gain practical, hands-on experience.
If you would like to participate in the Co-op/Internship program, simply call 303-280-7651, e-mail coloradojobs@devry.edu or fax 303-280-7668 a brief job description including hours required, skills needed and rate of pay, to the advisor of the program(s) from which you wish to recruit. Resumes from available students will then be sent to you.
Career Fairs/Events
These events provide an excellent way to increase company presence on campus, allow students to develop networking skills and encourage business-student relationships.
Career Fairs are held annually and enable students to meet and talk with diverse recruiters from the local community.
Career Services hosts a Career Luncheon to celebrate our students who have completed half of their respective programs. Alumni Guest Speakers deliver inspirational messages to these students and give advice about how to succeed in maximizing the benefits of a DeVry education. In addition, a DeVry employer partner speaks to students about career opportunities with their company as well as providing motivational advice to students regarding securing a great career opportunity.
Employer Networking Events are held three times a year in conjunction with Graduation and Senior Project Fairs (Feb, Oct, & June). This event is a one hour networking opportunity that allows juniors, seniors and upcoming graduates to hand off their resumes to local hiring managers who are looking to hire DeVry students.
